Initial communication was not great but the staff member went off ill during the dealings and then left the company so I appreciate that was a factor. David Corstorphine who stepped in to take over was very good and the service returned to 'normal'.

The product consultant Kacper Pomper was very easy to get along with. The whole experience was made to feel pleasant and exciting. The showroom has a nice atmosphere and the generous amount of coffee and shortbread given was great.

I've always got good service and attention. My only gripe is I have to use a central booking service as opposed to being able to speak with personnel in the branch. I find that as they are dealing with all branches they lack personal service.

Unfortunately 2 things - bought service plan with car which can not be used at BMW so having to take to a Fiat Arnold Clark not specialist As a result have to make another visit to Kirkcaldy BMW to get wheel alignment as they have equipment

Although i am being negative above, when i called the branch to book my bmw in for investigation i spoke to Iain at the kirkcaldy branch and he was so nice, helped me so much and was very professional 10/10.

Having had the car in for a recall matter they identified the diff seals that needed to be replaced and quoted me for the work to be done. When the works then started I was informed it would take longer and I had to pay for an extra 2.5 hours

Terms of the service from staff friendly and helpful no complaints with that at all! I have had issues with keyless start and have asked now twice to be looked at and being told it's started fine in garage! To then walk outside and it not to work!
